Our Services

PVC Decking Design

Our designers create layouts that showcase the clean lines and vibrant colors of PVC boards. You see exactly how each plank, inlay, and border will look before we cut a single piece.

PVC Decking Installation

Our crews handle PVC decking installation from permit acquisition through final walkthrough. We also build 3D deck models so you can preview the finished space and fine-tune the plan before construction.

Deck Construction and Framing

Solid framing gives PVC boards a flat, stable foundation that resists movement. We frame with wood, aluminum, and PWT (Pressure Treated LVL) using trusted brands like ProWood pressure treated, TimberTech Aluminum, Standard Pressure Treated Lumber, and PWT Lumber premium wood treated.

Deck Repair and Replacement

Tired wood decks can get a second life with a PVC overhaul. We offer deck inspection, deck resurfacing, deck addition, and full deck remodeling so you gain a fresh, modern surface without a full rebuild.

Deck Footing and Skirting

Footing options include helical piers (Helico) and diamond piers for stable support under any PVC build. Skirting choices include lattice skirting, solid wood panels, horizontal or vertical boards, stone or brick skirting, and composite deck skirting.

Deck Railing and Lighting

We handle railing installation and deck rerail using composite railings, glass railings, aluminum, and cable railing from TimberTech, Westbury, and Hideaway. Our team also provides deck lighting design consultation and installation, including post cap, rail lights, and step lights from TimberTech and Westbury.

Underdeck Systems

Unlock the space below your deck as a dry, functional zone. We install Trex RainEscape and Zip-Up deck drainage systems, then add storage solutions or pergolas to complete the build.

Deck Styles

Platform and Raised Decks

Platform decks keep PVC surfaces flush with the yard for a sleek, contemporary look. Raised decks lift the surface to match upper doors or sloped lots.

Multi-level and Freestanding Decks

Multi-level builds divide larger backyards into defined dining, lounging, and grilling zones. Freestanding decks stand on their own as poolside retreats, garden platforms, or fire pit surrounds.

Curved and Cantilevered Decks

Curved PVC decks bend smoothly around pools, trees, and architectural features. Cantilevered sections extend the surface past support posts for a clean, floating profile.

Rooftop and Pool / Spa Decks

Rooftop decks take advantage of moisture-proof PVC boards that resist rain and UV damage. Pool and spa decks use slip-resistant PVC surfaces built for splash zones.

Covered and Screened Decks

Covered decks pair perfectly with PVC boards that stay cool in summer sun. Screened builds keep bugs out while the surface holds up to humidity and spills.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently replaced our older wood deck with a larger composite deck and couldn't be happier with the results. Phil and the team at WJC Remodeling did an outstanding job transforming our backyard into a beautiful, high-end outdoor space that our family will enjoy.

We received multiple quotes from other builders, and Phil stood out because he helped guide us through the entire process and make the right decisions for our budget without sacrificing quality or design. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the level of craftsmanship throughout the project. The finished deck looks incredible, and Phil and his team take pride in their work.

The project completely transformed our backyard and gave us a space that feels like an extension of our home. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers high-quality work and truly cares about the finished product, I highly recommend Phil and WJC Remodeling.

For anyone considering a similar project, we chose TimberTech Antique Leather for the main decking with TimberTech Dark Roast as the border. We also added the lighting package and drink rail, which were absolutely worth the upgrade and really elevate the finished look.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. WJC Remodeling did a great job on our deck. Phil, the owner, was honest, kind, and meticulous. He gave us fair pricing with everything we asked for in the price quote, which I appreciated. Other companies gave us the base price for the deck and then sent us the add-ons separately. I wanted to know, bottom-line, what is this going to cost. His guys did a great job building our deck-they were quick, professional, and cleaned up their mess each night and when they were all done. Then Phil came out to inspect everything once it was done and sign off.
