Our Services

Custom Pergola Installation

Our crews handle pergola installation from permit acquisition through final walkthrough. We also build 3D models so you can preview the full structure before construction begins.

Porch Installation

We design and build covered porches, screened-in porches, and full porch enclosure systems. Each option extends your living space and keeps it usable across every season.

Patio Construction

We pour and finish covered and open patios built from concrete and stamped concrete. Your patio pairs beautifully with a matching pergola or freestanding structure.

Privacy Screen Construction and Installation

Our team builds privacy screens in aluminum, composite, and cedar to match your pergola style. You get a quieter, more sheltered outdoor retreat without losing airflow.

Outdoor Living

We expand your backyard experience with sheds, privacy walls, built-in benches, and built-in corner benches. Every feature is crafted to pair seamlessly with your pergola.

Pergola Styles

Attached Pergola

Attached pergolas extend directly from your home for seamless indoor-outdoor flow. You gain shade right outside the back door without a separate structure.

Freestanding Pergola

Freestanding pergolas stand on their own anywhere in the yard. They work beautifully over patios, pool decks, garden paths, and fire pits.

Custom Pergola

Custom pergolas follow your exact vision for size, shape, and finish. Our designers tailor every detail to your home and outdoor plan.

Louvered Pergolas

Louvered pergolas use adjustable slats to control sun, shade, and airflow. You choose how much light reaches the space at any moment.

Classic Pergola

Classic pergolas feature open-top beams that create dappled shade. They bring a timeless architectural look to any backyard.

Fixed Louvered Pergola

Fixed louvered pergolas offer permanent shade and steady rain protection. They suit homeowners who want reliable coverage without moving parts.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently replaced our older wood deck with a larger composite deck and couldn't be happier with the results. Phil and the team at WJC Remodeling did an outstanding job transforming our backyard into a beautiful, high-end outdoor space that our family will enjoy.

We received multiple quotes from other builders, and Phil stood out because he helped guide us through the entire process and make the right decisions for our budget without sacrificing quality or design. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the level of craftsmanship throughout the project. The finished deck looks incredible, and Phil and his team take pride in their work.

The project completely transformed our backyard and gave us a space that feels like an extension of our home. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers high-quality work and truly cares about the finished product, I highly recommend Phil and WJC Remodeling.

For anyone considering a similar project, we chose TimberTech Antique Leather for the main decking with TimberTech Dark Roast as the border. We also added the lighting package and drink rail, which were absolutely worth the upgrade and really elevate the finished look.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. WJC Remodeling did a great job on our deck. Phil, the owner, was honest, kind, and meticulous. He gave us fair pricing with everything we asked for in the price quote, which I appreciated. Other companies gave us the base price for the deck and then sent us the add-ons separately. I wanted to know, bottom-line, what is this going to cost. His guys did a great job building our deck-they were quick, professional, and cleaned up their mess each night and when they were all done. Then Phil came out to inspect everything once it was done and sign off.
