Our Services

Privacy Screen Construction

Our crews design and construct privacy screens tailored to your yard, sightlines, and style. You get a structure that blocks what you want to hide and frames what you want to highlight.

Privacy Screen Installation

Our team handles privacy screen installation from permit acquisition through final walkthrough. We anchor every screen with the right footings, framing, and fasteners for lasting performance.

Patio Construction

We pour and finish covered and open patios built from concrete and stamped concrete. Your patio pairs beautifully with a new privacy screen that defines the space.

Porch Installation

We design and install porches, including sunrooms and 3 season rooms, that extend your home's living space. Every build sits on solid footings, including helical piers and diamond piers that keep the structure level for decades.

Custom Pergola Installation

We design and build custom pergolas in attached, freestanding, and louvered configurations. Each structure pairs beautifully with a new privacy screen or patio.

Outdoor Living

We expand your backyard with sheds, privacy walls, built-in benches, and built-in corner benches. Every feature is crafted to complement your new privacy screen.

Privacy Screen Styles

Screen Walls

Screen walls create a continuous barrier along property lines or patio edges. They block wind and sightlines while adding architectural character to the yard.

Privacy Panels

Privacy panels serve as targeted coverage for your outdoor retreat. You block only what you want without closing off the entire yard.

Aluminum Frames

Aluminum frames deliver a clean, modern profile that resists rust and weather. They hold up beautifully with minimal upkeep.

Standalone Privacy Screens

Standalone privacy screens stand on their own footprint anywhere in the yard. They work well around pools, gardens, and freestanding seating areas.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently replaced our older wood deck with a larger composite deck and couldn't be happier with the results. Phil and the team at WJC Remodeling did an outstanding job transforming our backyard into a beautiful, high-end outdoor space that our family will enjoy.

We received multiple quotes from other builders, and Phil stood out because he helped guide us through the entire process and make the right decisions for our budget without sacrificing quality or design. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the level of craftsmanship throughout the project. The finished deck looks incredible, and Phil and his team take pride in their work.

The project completely transformed our backyard and gave us a space that feels like an extension of our home. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers high-quality work and truly cares about the finished product, I highly recommend Phil and WJC Remodeling.

For anyone considering a similar project, we chose TimberTech Antique Leather for the main decking with TimberTech Dark Roast as the border. We also added the lighting package and drink rail, which were absolutely worth the upgrade and really elevate the finished look.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. WJC Remodeling did a great job on our deck. Phil, the owner, was honest, kind, and meticulous. He gave us fair pricing with everything we asked for in the price quote, which I appreciated. Other companies gave us the base price for the deck and then sent us the add-ons separately. I wanted to know, bottom-line, what is this going to cost. His guys did a great job building our deck-they were quick, professional, and cleaned up their mess each night and when they were all done. Then Phil came out to inspect everything once it was done and sign off.
